As a Senior Software Engineer you will be designing and implementing product features, pairing with and mentoring other software engineers, and researching the next wave of technology to bring into the fold. Director of Sales

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for scaling our life insurance sales business as part of an exceptional Sales leadership team. This Director of Sales role will lead a large, multi-tiered sales team with accountability for performance, reporting, developing strong leaders, and building processes that grow as we do.

You should be an experienced sales leader who can motivate and coach our existing managers and develop them as leaders. You can operate at both the strategic and tactical level, and know when to toggle between the two. You’ve got both a sales mindset and an intuitive feel for optimal sales processes and quality performance. Above all, your contagious passion for sales stems from helping the customers and the company to succeed.
